Miss Sparta competition draws 18 contestants

This year 18 young ladies will be vying for the title of Miss Sparta 2011. The pageant will be held at the Lake Mohawk Country Club at 5 p.m. on June 12. Tickets for event become available next week at Ailish’s Paint Store located on 149 Woodport Road for $15. Event includes open bar, light fare, and live music from local entertainment including Geof Doubleday.
