New VP

Highlands State Bank has announced the appointment of Robert L. Heigl as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer of their Sparta office. Robert Heigl has over 20 years of banking experience and has previously served as commercial loan officer at Skylands Community Bank. He is a member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the American Business Associates of NJ. Robert and his wife Ellen are involved is supporting Project Walk and the Lustgarten Foundation.
