NJ Fit Mom celebrates first year anniversary

SPARTA — NJ Fit Mom, the creation of certified personal trainer Jessica Sampieri-Griffin of Blairstown celebrated its one year anniversary of Boot Camps this summer. What began with eight moms and one location has grown in one year to over 100 moms in four locations. Griffin’s most popular program, Boot Camp for Moms, is now offered in four towns: Blairstown, Fredon, Sparta and Long Valley. Morning and evening classes are available. Children can have a supervised play date at the park or are welcome to join mom while she gets fit. Moms and non-moms alike are encouraged to improve their bodies and minds by getting out and getting fit. All levels welcome. Various packages are offered with classes as low as $6 each.
