Nelson, a dog awaiting adoption at Father John’s Animal House, takes a refreshing dip in the doggie pool to cool off during these hot summer days. Nelson is an enthusiastic 2-year-old bull dog mix who loves to play and loves the pool. To adopt Nelson or any of his buddies at Father John’s, humans must complete an application and go through a background check before they are invited for a visit with their family and other pets to see if they will all get along.
