The Bear Scouts of Pack 84 (Sussex-Wantage) put the finishing touches on the Christmas Tree, in preparation for the “Victorian Christmas” celebration at historic Lusscroft Farm, in Wantage. The cub scouts decorated the tree typical of a century ago, making all the ornaments from corn husks, dried flowers, cranberries and popped corn. The scouts then toured the historic mansion with Heritage and Agriculture Association members Carolyn Armstrong and Maureen Mitchell, learning what life in their community was like a century ago.
