Ronetco employees recognized for service

Andover — RoNetco Supermarkets recently held their Annual Awards Recognition Breakfast at Perona Farms to applaud the accomplishments of 154 associates. The celebrants were honored for their years of service to ShopRite stores in Sussex, Morris and Warren counties ranging from five years to 35 years. Dominick J. Romano, Vice President and C.O.O., attributed RoNetco’s longevity and success to the dedication, hard work and commitment of all associates. He also commended the group for their outstanding performance in exceeding customers’ expectations. "Our associates, from entry level to department managers and store team leaders, are the glue that cements us to our customers and keeps them coming back again and again," said Romano. "We will never take that for granted.” Each celebrant received a gold pin and those marking anniversaries from 10 to 35 years also received a commemorative gift. RoNetco Supermarkets employs nearly 1, 500 associates across the seven ShopRite stores in northwest New Jersey.
