From Tuesday, June 21 to Friday, June 24, The Sparta Junior Woman's Club sponsored its annual Safety Village for children entering kindergarten in September. The children learned about fire safety, bike and helmet rules, stranger danger, poison prevention, good hygiene, what to do in an emergency. At left, children evacuate a mobile training unit brought i by the American red Cross and St. Clares Hospital.
