September 1 At 10 p.m. Mark W. Christiana, 54, of Stillwater, was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on County Route 521 in Frankford Township. Further investigation led to Christiana being arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Christiana refused to provide breath samples and was charged with DWI and failure to keep right. Following processing, he was released pending a future court date in the Frankford Township. Sheriffs Officer John Gray conducted the arrest.
