Sparta Chess Club makes a move for new members

SPARTA-Through the month of August, the Sparta Chess Club will be holding weekly playing sessions on Tuesday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m., downstairs at the Sparta Ambulance Building, located at 14 Sparta Avenue, Sparta. The club is inviting student in grades kindergarten through high school to come and play. Beginners are welcome. Club members will teach new players. Adult players are also welcome.
