Sparta native graduates in Costa Rica

SPARTA-Allison S. Kurylo graduated from High School on December 11 from Coronado Academy in Costa Rica. She completed a college preparatory course. The academic program is integrated with the student life programs to include academic achievement, leadership mastery, social responsibility, cultural adaptability and physical well-being. She participated in the Global Civilization Program in which she volunteered for local causes. Allison also taught English classes to the Spanish-speaking school staff and traveled extensively throughout Costa Rica. Coronado Academy is located on the Pacific Coast in Esterillos Este. Allison is the daughter of Lester and Susan Kurylo of Sparta. Allison will enter college in the fall to pursue a career in early childhood education.
