October 16 At 2:55 a.m., Corporal William Moyle checked on a vehicle on East Shore Trail that had a flat tire. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver Paul Kovarciak, 30, of Sparta. He was charged with driving while intoxicated. He was later released. October 21 At ll:42 p.m., Corporal Bill Moyle checked a vehicle parked at the Edison Monument on Edison Road. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver. A 17-year-old male of Sparta, was charged with juvenile delinquency for possessing less than 50 grams of marijuana and possessing drug-paraphernalia. He was released to his parents.
