    November 28 At 10:50 a.m., Officer Mark Rubino observed a vehicle traveling in the left hand lane of Route 15 holding up traffic by failing to keep to the right. After stopping the car, further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Robert Galvin, 21, of Milford, Pa. He was charged with failing to keep right on a multilane highway, driving while suspended, possession of a controlled and dangerous substance in a vehicle, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was later released. November 29 At l:35 a.m., Sergeant John Paul Beebe observed a vehicle on Route 15 unable to keep to its lane of travel. After stopping the truck, further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver Andrew Grucko, 40, of Newton. He was charged with failing to maintain a lane of travel, reckless driving, speeding, driving an unsafe vehicle, failing to stop for an emergency vehicle, failing to produce documents, driving while intoxicated, and refusing to take a breath test. He was lodged in the Sussex County jail on warrants from Pallasides Park At 1:45 a.m., Officer Kurt Morris observed a vehicle on East Shore Trail that could not stay within its lane of travel. After stopping the Jeep, further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Timothy Kowalak, 23, of Andover. He was charged with failing to maintain a lane of travel, careless driving, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving while intoxicated. He was later released, November 30 At 5:46 p.m., Corporal Bill Moyle responded to Main Street for a report of a possible drunk driver. Cpl. Moyle located the vehicle and stopped it on Main Street, Ogdensburg. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Howard Crane, 41, of Oak Ridge. He was charged with failing to keep right, careless driving and driving while intoxicated. He was later released.
