    November 14 At 12:56 a.m. Officer Brian Hassloch stopped a car on Stanhope Road that he observed failing to obey a stop sign. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Tara Finneran, 34 of Hopatcong. She has been charged with failing to stop at an intersection, failing to maintain lights, failing to keep right and driving while intoxicated. November 15 At approximately 10 p.m., Patrolman Marc Rubino observed a vehicle traveling on Glen Road unable to maintain the lane of travel. After stopping the vehicle, further investigation resulted in arrest of the driver, Elaine Madsen, 54, of Sparta. She was charged with driving while intoxicated, careless driving, failure to keep right and failure to exhibit documents She was released pending a mandatory appearance in Sparta municipal court, November 17 At 5:44 p.m., a van driven by Sean Quigley, 27, of Butler, struck a car that was turning onto Pinkneyville Road from Sparta Avenue. Elisabeth Malkin, 38, of Sparta, was injured in the crash and taken to Newton Hospital by the Sparta First Aid Squad. Corporal Bill Moyle issued Quigley summonses for careless driving and driving while suspended.
