    January 24 At 12:08 a.m., Patrolman Joseph Antonello observed a vehicle traveling Route 181 that crossed over the double yellow lines. After stopping the vehicle, further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver Kerry McCoy Jr., 36 of Sparta. He was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, having a brake light out, failing to maintain lanes, failing to exhibit documents and possession of a controlled and dangerous substance in motor vehicle. He was released pending a mandatory court date in Sparta. January 26 At 10:05 p.m., Patrolman Marc Rubino observed a vehicle with a broken rear light cover traveling on Woodport Road. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, David Calandrillo of Sparta, who was charged with driving while intoxicated, maintenance of lamps and possession of under 50 grams of marijuana. Calandrillo was released pending a mandatory court appearance. January 28 At approximately 7:42 p.m., Sergeant Jeff Mase observed a vehicle traveling on Sparta Avenue without headlights on. After stopping the vehicle, further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Anne Brooks, 43, of Sparta. Brooks was charged with driving while intoxicated, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving without headlights, failure to wear a seatbelt, having no registration in her possession and failure to maintain lamps. She was released pending a mandatory court appearance in Sparta. Corporal Richard Clayton assisted with the investigation. At approximately 2 a.m., Patrolman Marc Rubino observed a vehicle on State Highway Route 181 (Woodport Road) traveling at a high rate of speed. After stopping the vehicle, further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Jeffrey Gebhardt, 25, of Ridgefield. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, careless driving, failure to keep right, and failure to exhibit documents. Gebhardt was released pending a mandatory court appearance in Sparta. At 1:10 a.m., Patrolman Mark Mastandrea observed a vehicle traveling on Sparta Avenue at a high rate of speed. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Patty Parrish, of Sussex, who was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, failure to keep right and failure to observe a red light. She was released pending a mandatory court appearance.
