    December 19 At l:53 a.m., Officer Marc Rubino observed a vehicle turn onto Sparta Avenue from Route 517 without signaling. After stopping the vehicle in front of the Burger King, further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Michael Rada, 20, of Bridle Way, Sparta. He has been charged with failing to signal, failing to maintain lamps, careless driving and underage D.W.I. He was later released. December 22 At 2:14 p.m., Officer Marc Rubino investigated a report on an erratic driver on Route 517 near the entrance to Route 15. Officer Rubino stopped the car on Route 15 and further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Sarah Labance, 32, of Vernon. She has been charged with unsafe lane changes, careless driving, D.W.I., consumption of alcohol in a vehicle, C.D.S. in a vehicle, Disorderly Conduct and resisting arrest. She was later released. December 23 At 2:56 a.m., Officer Jeff Mase observed a car on Woodport Road failing to keep right. After stopping the car, further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Michael Harrison, 20, of Hopatcong. He has been charged with failing to maintain a lane, careless driving and D.W.I. He was later released. At 10:37 p.m. Officer Lewis Brown responded to Route 517 for a report of a pickup truck that was being operated erratically. After stopping the truck, the driver, Paul Clark, 41, of Lafayette, was arrested and charged with failing to maintain a lane of travel, careless driving and driving while intoxicated. He was later released. December 24 At 2:13 a.m., Cpl. Lou Takacs observed a pickup truck speeding on Sparta Avenue. After stopping the vehicle, further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Raul Bello, 37, of Newton. He has been charged with speeding, failing to maintain a lane of travel, failing to wear a seat belt, careless driving, driving while intoxicated, and refusing to take a breath test, He was later released, December 28 At 9:54 a.m., Officer Marc Rubino observed a car traveling in the left hand lane of Route 15. After stopping the vehicle, further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Carl Dean, 18, of Randolph. He has been charged with failing to keep right, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and having C.D.S. in a motor vehicle. He was later released. December 29 At l:59 a.m., Officer Jeff Mase responded to the 100 block of East Shore Trail for a report of a motor vehicle accident. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Margaret McDermottsolky, 33, of Andover after it was discovered that she had struck a rock wall. She has been charged with failing to keep right, careless driving, failing to change address of license, having an uninsured vehicle and D.W.I. She was later released.
