September 10 PO. Joseph Antonello was on routine patrol on Route 517, when he observed a white Volvo being driven in an erratic manner. The driver Jason Pearce, age 31, of Hackettstown was subsequently arrested for DWI. He was transported to the police department for processing, Pearce was additionally charged with careless driving and failure to maintain kne, He was released pending a required court appearance. September 12 Sgt Dennis Proctor was off duty and driving on Route 15, when he observed a gray Infinity being driven in an erratic manner. Sgt Proctor contacted police department and Cpl. Gayton stopped the vehicle. The driver Albert Caldwell, age 71, of Greentown, was subsequently arrested for DWI. He was transported to the police department for processing. Caldwell was additionally charged with failure to maintain lane and driving under the influence of a narcotic. He was released pending a required court appearance.
