VERNON — The Tri-State NJ Super Spartan Race, also known simply as The Spartan Race, took place at Mountain Creek in Vernon on Saturday, Sept. 8. The race spanned two days and drew participants from as far as Montreal, Texas and Colorado. The Spartan Race is promoted as the world’s leading obstacle race series.
