    Kittatinny 5, Butler 0 Eric Gonzalez fueled the attack as Kittatinny roared to a 5-0 victory over Butler in Hampton. Gonzalez scored twice and contributed a pair of assists as he was chosen the Propane Player of the Week. The win raised the Cougars record to 4-7-1. Justin Jones put Kittatinny on the board ten minutes into the match with Gonzalez picking up an assist. Gonzalez scored two minutes later off an assist from Kris Steingall and garnered a second assist when Mustafa Adiguzelli scored with three minutes remaining on the first half clock. Gonzalez and Adiguselli scored off penalty kicks in the second half, while keeper Brandt Memmelaar made six saves to register the shutout in the goal. Lenape 3, Dickinson 1 Lenape Valley defeated Dickinson (Jersey City) 3-1 in the first round of the West Hudson County Cup on Saturday. Nick Scheibner put the Patriots on the board with seven minutes left in the first half as Anthony Mainero picked up an assist. Spencer Koenig netted the game-winning tally 10 minutes into the second half off an assist from Jeremy Pizzaro with Jhourman Atehourta adding an insurance tally with 10 minutes left on the game clock. Pope John 3, Hopatcong 1 Connor Phalon scored twice and dished off an assist on a goal by Pat Maloney which proved to be the game-winner as Pope John defeated Hopatcong 3-1. Phalon netted the first goal of the game with 15 minutes remaining in the first half off an assist from Dan Ponnwitz. Wallkill 2, Jefferson 1 Wallkill Valley defeated Jefferson 2-1 when Travis Wenz converted a cross from John Ramos into the game-winner with 14 minutes remaining in the second half. Geo Rivera, the SCIL’s leading scorer, netted his 15th goal of the season to put the Rangers into a 1-0 lead by halftime.
