Dieterich continues to serve blanks

West Milford dropped only four games in routing West Side/Newark by a score of 5-0 in a Northern Hills Conference - Skyline Division girls’ tennis match on Friday. Nicole Dieterich excelled in the No. 2 singles slot, shutting out Cassandra Exceme 6-0, 6-0. At first singles, Stephanie Irven coasted to a 6-1, 6-1 win over Emilia Joseph while Lauren Finaldi posted a 6-0, 6-1 victory against Ashley Howard in the third singles match. The top doubles team of Christine Irven and Erin Ryan won 6-1, 6-0 against Verlyn Digler and Oraubuchi while the second tandem of Kristen McClurg and Marta Wojtowicz served blanks in winning 6-0, 6-0 over Rosa Bailey and Rochelle Seagle.
