    Wallkill 4, High Point 1 Kara Buda turned in a hat trick performance as Wallkill Valley rolled to a 4-1 victory over High Point in an SCIL field hockey match on Monday. Buda converted two assists from Abby Tilton into first half goals and opened the second half scoring by converting an assist from Amanda Nann. Buda was named the sussexcountyinterscholasticleague.com/Richards and Summers Player of the Week. Nann completed the scoring with eight minutes left off an assist from Buda, while Samantha Nann recorded the “W” in the goal by making two saves. Lenape 1, Jefferson 0 Lenape Valley defeated Jefferson 1-0 when Brittany Holl scored off an assist from Tempe Newson in the second half. Goalkeeper Samantha Markferding made two saves. Pope John 4, Vernon 0 Gabby Luongo came up four saves as Pope John blanked Vernon 4-0. Nicole Laemers scored twice with Mally Clark and Amy Speckherdt adding solo goals. Meredith Harclerode was credited with the only assist of the contest.
