Kristi Sutton and Lauren Lyons recorded straight set wins in the number one and two singles matches as did the doubles teams of Kate Dowd and Katie Quinn at first doubles and Piper Hurban and Carly Mara in second doubles. n Wallkill 5, Sussex Tech 0 Megan Wolfe was perfect for Wallkill Valley, defeating Jodi Billitz 6-0, 6-0 at third singles. The Rangers romped to a 5-0 victory over Sussex Tech as Diane Washer and Ashley Milmouth produced straight set wins in the first and second singles matches. The doubles tandems of Allie Heston and Samantha Scalpone plus Anne Murken and Amanda O'Neil also won in straight sets. n Pope John 5 Hopatcong 0 Pope John roared to a 5-0 shutout win over Hopatcong as Joy Johnson, Kerry McKinley and Jamie O'Malley recorded straight-set victories in the singles matches. Brianna Denn and Jen Makulowich blanked Valerie LaMotta and Alicia Plinio 6-0, 6-0 at first doubles while the second tandem of Julie Balchunas and Stephanie Miceli won by scores of 6-0, 6-1. n High Point 4, Vernon 1 High Point swept the doubles to defeat Vernon 4-1. Lauren Tracey rallied to defeat Lindsey Toth 3-6, 6-4, 6-2 and Val Saggau rolled to a 6-2, 6-2 victory at third singles. n Lenape 5, Kittatinny 0 Krissy Paich served blanks as Lenape Valley rolled to a 5-0 win over Kittatinny. Paich, LVR's ace, shut out Sara Jane Kaplan 6-0, 6-0 in the meeting of number one singles players. Marissa Tanner and Annastassua Kowalski added straight set wins in the number 2 and 3 singles slots. It was more of the same in the doubles competitions, as the Patriots' top tandem of Deniz Uzel and Nicole Valerio plus the second duo of Carlione Bachmann and Megan McGowan produced straight-set victories.
