Augusta — The Sussex County Miners defeated the New Jersey Jackals on Saturday, August 19, 2017. The final score was 11-3. The minor league baseball game took place at Skylands Stadium in Augusta, New Jersey. Saturday nights contest was the second of a three game series. The day before on Friday the Jackals beat the Miners 4-0. In the third game on Sunday, August 20th the Jackals beat the Miners again by the score 4-0.
