SPARTA — Montville Township High School (Montville Township, N.J.) defeated Pope John XXIII Regional High School in girls varsity volleyball on Thursday, September 28, 2017. The final score was 2-1. Pope John XXIII Regional High School in Sparta Township, New Jersey hosted the matches.
Montville won the first match by the score 25-13. Pope John won the second match by the score 26-24. Montville won the third match by the score 25-12.
Team records: Montville Mustangs 9-3. Pope John Lions 3-9.
