Stallion U13 boys soccer team are co-champions

Wantage - The Pasco Stallions Blue U13 Boys soccer team finished as co-champions in Morris County's Flight One. This is a season that was trailed by last year's winning 10-0-0 record in Flight One. The team also participated and won the Randolph Memorial Day Tournament for Premier Flight U13 Boys, and placed second, after a 1-0 loss in the championship, in the Hackenstown Blast this past weekend. For the past four years, the team has been trained and coached solely by Shawn Aikens of Wantage. It is affiliated with the New Jersey Stallions, and has a very impressive history, having been ranked fourth in the state and 67th in the nation, according to www.gotsoccer.com. The team will be participating in tournaments throughout the summer. Locals from Wantage, Arielle Aikens, Zachary Aikens and Scott McCann, are among the 11 starting players.
