Sussex County posts big win over tri-county wrestlers
Sussex County rolled to a 66-30 rout of the Tri-County Youth Wrestling League in the annual clash of the respective league championship gold medalists. Five Sussex grapplers produced pins. Stillwater's Travis Bach showed Mahwah's Trevor Albrecht the gym lights at Randolph High School in the 68-pound bout. Wallkill's Kodis Silvestri decled Montville's Cody Phillips at 92-pounds and Tyler Forbeck of Sussex packed up and planted Randolph's Steve Vitale in the 96-pound weight class. At 118-pounds, Hampton's Troy Hernandez pinned Cody Sternlicht of Morris Hills and Wallkill's Christian Kasa flattened Mount Olive's Kevin Perrson in the 149-pound bracket.
