Vernon breaks Kittatinny defense

Vernon romped to a 35-7 victory over Kittatinny to finish third in the conference. Tailback Justin Gannon, who rushed 16 times for 201 yards, scored four times in the first half on runs of 68, 50, 45 and 1 yards as the Vikings roared to a 35-point lead before the Cougars got on the board. T.J. Diggles added a one-yard blast, with Ryan Anzelone booting five straight extra points. Nick Campbell scored for the Cougars late in the second half.
