Wolverines 11U off to a great start in Cerbo League play

On Saturday, September 10, the West Milford Wolverines 11U Baseball Club opened their Fall Cerbo League season by blanking Hopatcong 3-0 at Howard Field in West Milford NJ. Flawless defense combined with outstanding pitching to help the Wolverines capture the victory. Nick Conlon (Win, 3-IP, 1-H, 3-K, 0-R) and Andrew Clifford (Save, 3-IP, 7-K, 2-H, 0-R) dominated the hill for West Milford. On Sunday, September 11, they overwhelmed Chatham 12-6 in their battle at Howard Field. The victory marked the Wolverines' Fall record 2-0. The Wolverines 11U will host Bridgewater National on September 17 at 7 p.m. at Howard Field in West Milford. On Sunday, West Milford will travel to face Jefferson at 11:30 a.m.
