Sterling Mohawk Girl Scouts forming new Troops

SPARTA Sterling Mohawk Girl Scouts are part of Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey Council. Membership covers all of Sparta and Ogdensburg with over 500 registered Girls. Troops and independent Girl Scouts work on badges, awards and community service. Sterling Mohawk Leaders host events such as: Juliette Low Birthday Bash, PinSWAP, Powder Puff Derby, Thinking Day, Cake Bake, an Me & My Guy Dance. This year they are planning more events including campout and Girl Scouts’ 100th anniversary celebration. Girls Scouts is for girls in kindergarten through 12th grade. Sterling Mohawk is forming new troops, especially for girls that are kindergarten age. They also need troop leaders. Interested parties should email hopekb@aol.com.
