Jasmyne Kymer made a snow cone at a K.E.E.P. program in Sparta recently. The children made ice cream in a bag, pudding pops, English muffin pizzas, Kool-aid snow cones, and chocolate pudding dirt with gummy worms. Summer K.E.E.P. offers a different theme each week.
