    Oct. 14 Christopher W. Hannah, 25, of Fredon was sentenced to three years probation, 90 days county jail, 90 days SLAP, $1,205 in fines and a substance abuse evaluation. He pled guilty on July 25 to the third degree crime of conspiracy to possess with the intent of distribute one ounce or more of marijuana. He admitted to possessing with another individual approximately two pounds of marijuana on March 31 in Sparta, and that they possessed the marijuana with the intent to sell it. Robert F. Kaminsky, 54, of New Hope, Penn., was sentenced to three years probation, 90 days jail, $4,750 in fines and a six-month loss of driver’s license. He pled guilty on June 20 to four counts of third degree prescription fraud. He admitted to committing a series of prescription frauds in Sussex and Morris counties in order to obtain hydrocodone. The events occurred in 2009. Oct. 17 Mindy M. Mittelstadt, 22, of Lake Hopatcong pled guilty to third degree possession of heroin. She admitted to being in possession of heroin when officers responded to a motor vehicle accident. Mynor Sandoval, 35, of Netcong pled guilty to one count of criminal sexual contact, a fourth degree crime. On June 27 the defendant had sexual contact with a minor who was at least 16 years old but less than 18 years old. Anthony M. Yanez, 21, of Vernon pled guilty to the third degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He admitted to possessing ten bags of heroin on July 28, 2010 in Vernon. The matter was investigated by Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force. Oct. 18 George J. Bognar, 42, of Franklin pled guilty to the third degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and to driving while intoxicated. He admitted to possessing four Klonopin tablets on Aug. 30, 2010 during the course of a motor vehicle stop by Franklin Police Officer Shamus Geddis and that he was under the influence of the Klonopin while driving. Oct. 20 A juvenile pled guilty on Sept. 22 to three counts of third degree endangering the welfare of a child. He was adjudicated a juvenile delinquent by the court. The juvenile, age 17 at time of crime, of Highland Lakes, was sentenced to three consecutive 60-day terms in the Morris County Juvenile Detention Center with credit for 28 days. Upon release he will remain on probation until his 21st birthday. He must have no victim contact, submit a DNA sample, register for Megan’s Law and pay $120 in court fines. During the period of May 2009 through May 2010 the juvenile had sexual contact with a female less than 13 years old. Christopher Anderson, 43, of Cape May County was indicted with terroristic threats, a third degree crime, and contempt, a fourth degree crime. Arraignment before the Superior Court in Newton will be within the next six weeks. A grand jury indictment is a charge only. The defendant is presumed innocent until guilt may be proved at a jury trial. Oct. 21 Michael Kooger, 42, of Lafayette was sentenced to four years probation. He pled guilty on July 25 to aggravated assault, a third degree crime. James S. Fox, 23, of Branchville was sentenced to two years probation. He pled guilty on Aug. 1 to unlawful possession of weapon, a third degree crime. Gary Conklin, 59, of Port Jervis, N.Y., was sentenced to two years probation. He pled guilty on Aug. 1 to resisting arrest, a fourth degree crime, and obstruction of administration of law, a fourth degree crime. Oct. 24 Ronald A. Babcock, 50, of Sussex pled guilty to eluding, a third degree crime. Sentencing is presently anticipated for January 6, 2012. William T. Dolan, 38, of Morristown pled guilty to two counts of third degree burglary. Sentencing is presently anticipated for December 5, 2011. He admitted to committing two residential burglaries in Hardyston Township in January. Robert L. Dunn, Sr., 37, of Franklin, pled guilty to third degree burglary as an accomplice. He was the lookout for a burglary when another co-defendant broke into St. Paul’s Abbey removing cast iron radiators. They were caught at the scene by police. Michael Hadowanetz, 21, of Hamburg pled guilty to attempted aggravated assault, a third degree crime, and possession of weapon for unlawful purpose, a third degree crime. Sentencing is presently anticipated for October 28, 2011.
