    July 8 Kaitlyn R. Tarsa, 23, of Wantage was sentenced to six years state prison, $280 in fines, $16,560 in restitution. She pled guilty on June 6 to the third degree crimes of theft and burglary. She admitted to stealing more than $10,000 from a home in Wantage on Oct. 12, 2010. She also admitted to burglarizing a house in West Milford on Nov. 11, 2010. July 13 James S. Boffey, 25, of Queens, N. Y., was sentenced to five years probation and two years loss of license. He pled guilty on June 13 to third degree eluding and driving while intoxicated. After being signaled to stop, he led the Franklin Police Department on a chase through Hamburg and Hardyston towards Vernon before his vehicle rolled over. July 14 Miyhosi Benton, 22, of Newton was sentenced to three years state prison concurrent to a New York prison term. He pled guilty on June 20 to two counts of burglary, third degree crimes. Louis Didonna, 32, of Wantage was sentenced to three years probation conditioned on serving 180 days in the county jail with credit for time served. He pled guilty on June 13 to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, a third degree crime. Justin Hickman, 22, of Villas was sentenced to one year probation. He pled guilty on June 20, 2011, to failing to register as sex offender, a third degree crime. George Vandyke, 33, of Sussex was sentenced to two years probation. He pled guilty on June 6 to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third degree crime, and contempt, a fourth degree crime. Danielle Hauck, 28, of Blairstown was sentenced to three years probation and 163 days in jail (time served). On June 20 Hauck pled guilty to one count of endangering the welfare of an injured victim. Wilson Padilla, 49, of Highland Lakes was sentenced to four years state prison on the aggravated assault and one year state prison on contempt and the Community Supervision for Life violation, concurrent to the four years. He pled guilty on June 13 to aggravated assault, a third degree crime, contempt, a fourth degree crime and Community Supervision for Life violation, a fourth degree crime. Christopher Schwarz, 31, of Hopatcong was sentenced to five years drug court probation and must comply with all s conditions of drug court probation. He must pay total fines and penalties of $1,205 and submit a DNA sample at his expense. He pled guilty on June 20 to possession of heroin, a crime of the third degree. In pleading guilty, Schwarz admitted that heroin found during a motor vehicle stop in Stanhope on April 10 belonged to him. Jennifer L. Stalter, 28, of Branchville, was sentenced to three years probation. The court also ordered her to submit to a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations made, attend 48 hours of IDRC classes, and her driving privileges were suspended for seven months. She must pay total fines and penalties of $1,819 and submit a DNA sample at her expense. She pled guilty on June 20 to possession of heroin, a third degree crime, and driving while intoxicated. In pleading guilty, Stalter admitted that she possessed heroin and was driving under the influence on March 7 after police responded to a call for a well-being check and found her asleep in her vehicle. July 15 Ryan Bradford, 25, of Franklin was sentenced to three years probation. He pled guilty on May 23 to resisting arrest, a fourth degree crime. Kim Y. Barnes, 45, of Hamburg was sentenced to two years probation and 100 hours community service. He pled guilty on April 4 to Aggravated Assault With A Deadly Weapon, a third degree crime.
