    Sept. 8 Joseph E. Facin, age 22, of Greentown, PA, pled guilty to resisting, a fourth degree crime. Sentencing is presently anticipated for October 10. Kaarhera Bourgeois, age 47, of Hopatcong pled guilty to the third degree crime of possession of cocaine and driving while intoxicated. Sentence date is October 10. He admitted that on May 14 he possessed a small amount of crack cocaine after being stopped by Hopatcong Police Officer William Sutphen, Jr. He also admitted that he was driving under the influence of Phencyclidine. Daniel Jackman, age 24, of Glenwood pled guilty to seven counts of third degree burglary. Sentence date is October 14. He admitted that on May 20 he burglarized the Vernon Veterinary Clinic for the purpose of obtaining a controlled dangerous substance ketamine. He also admitted to burglarizing the Montague Veterinary Hospital on six occasions between October 28, 2007 and June 16, 2008 for the purpose of obtaining ketamine. Christopher J. Tetelman, age 24, of Stanhope, pled guilty to one count of third degree burglary, two counts of third degree receiving stolen property, one count of third degree unlawful use of a credit card and one count of fourth degree of theft of a credit card. Sentencing is presently anticipated for October 10. In one incident, he admitted to being in possession of property stolen from a Stanhope Borough residence. In another incident he admitted to entering two vehicles in Sparta and taking personal items and using the credit cards to make several purchases at area stores. In a separate incident, he admitted to being in possession of stolen vehicle rims and an intake manifold stolen from the back of a pick-up truck located in Byram Township. Sept. 9 Thomas J. Caggiano, age 62, of Stanhope, was indicted with 13 counts of contempt, all crimes of the fourth degree. The grand jury alleges that between March 18 and May 29 Caggiano repeatedly disobeyed a judicial order signed by the Honorable B. Theodore Bozonelis, AJSC prohibiting him from contacting Stanhope Borough employees or entering the grounds of Stanhope Borough buildings. Arraignment before the Superior Court in Newton will be within the next six weeks. A grand jury indictment is a charge only. The defendant is presumed innocent until guilt may be proved at a jury trial. Kathleen N. Sullivan, age 52, of Haskell, was indicted with seven counts of criminal offenses. Sullivan is charged with two counts of second degree vehicular homicide, one count of third degree assault by auto and four counts of fourth degree assault by auto. The case was investigated by Hardyston Police Department, Sussex County Crash Analysis and Reconstruction Team and the New Jersey State Police Fatal Accident Investigation Unit. The indictment alleges that On August 19, 2007 Sullivan was driving a motor vehicle recklessly, while intoxicated, and caused a five-vehicle crash resulting in the deaths of Kerry and Cynthia Felski, serious bodily injury to Evelyn Klein, and bodily injury to Stephen Klein, Donnie Fernandez, Jarrod Cappello and Stephanie Cappello. Arraignment before the Superior Court in Newton will be within the next six weeks. A grand jury indictment is a charge only.
