YMCA hosts active older adult day in January

Hardyston — The Sussex County YMCA, located at 15 Wits End Road in Hardyston, will be hosting their Active Older Adults Day on Thursday, Jan. 11 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. They will be offering a number of fun activities participants can choose from including: aerobics, a Wellness Coaching Workshop, The Price is Right, Feeling Fit and “5 Secrets to Weight Loss” with guest speaker Dr. Cunico. This event is free to YMCA members, and just $5 for guests Fee includes complimentary coffee, tea and healthy snacks. Pizza will be available for $1/slice.
