Help a good cause

I am speaking on behalf of the Maria Jose Crusellas Foundation. Maria Jose was my fiancé. Three days before our wedding she died due to carbon monoxide poisoning. I was heartbroken. Instead of getting married on Valentine’s Day I went to my fiancés funeral. Our foundation’s purpose is to spread carbon monoxide awareness as well as donate/install carbon monoxide detectors both domestically and internationally. June 25 would have been Maria’s 21st Birthday. Instead of mourning, give Maria a present that can help others. Our goal is to raise $2,100 by her birthday. This will go towards helping the millions around the world, including the US, that are without a CO detector in their homes. Carbon monoxide poisoning is a global epidemic that claims thousands of lives every year. It is an odorless and colorless gas that can only be detected with a CO detector. According to a survey done by the American Lung Association only 37 percent of US homeowners have a carbon monoxide detector in their home. One carbon monoxide detector can save an entire family. Maria had her whole life ahead of her. She was an amazing person and the love of my life. No one should feel the pain I felt. Fortunately, you can help. Every donation will help save a life. You can help by following three easy steps: 1. www.mjcfoundation.org will bring you to our Web site. You can donate and learn more about our foundation. 2. Donate. We need your help to reach our goal. Every penny goes directly toward our goal. 3. Spread the word. Share this message with 10 people and ask them to do the same. Thank you for your time. Together we can stop the carbon monoxide poisoning from claiming the lives of thousands worldwide. For more updates please follow us on twitter at MariaFoundation.
