Bookworm Bonanza raises $700, supplies for Valerie Center
Sparta. The Bookworm Bonanza fundraiser raised about $700 and collected more than 50 boxes of Band-Aids to benefit children served by the Valerie Center.

Bookworm Bonanza recently raised about $700 and collected more than 50 boxes of Band-Aids to benefit children served by the Valerie Center.
Proceeds from the event will be used to stock snacks at the center, while the donated Band-Aids will support Blakely’s Band-Aid Cart.
The fundraiser was organized by Tracy Henning, owner of Bookish Love, and Kristyn Gagliano, owner of Next Chapter Mobile Bookstore. The event drew strong community support, organizers said.
