Sparta. Kearny Christian Academy defeated Veritas Christian Academy 59-48 for its second win of the week as David Tweedie led Veritas with 14 points.

Veritas Christian Academy fell, 59-48 to Kearny Christian ACademy on Feb. 13 in Sparta.
It was the second win in a row in less than a week for the Kearny Lions (9-5). The team also beat Noor-Ul-Iman School (Middlesex County, N.J.) 62-46 on Monday, Feb. 9.
David Tweedie scored 14 points for the Veritas Lions (2-6). Daniel Hawkswell scored 11 points. Timothy Hawkswell scored 9 points. Dallas Tanis scored 8 points. Aiden Bennett and Bobby Meara contributed 3 points apiece.
